Fanny's Beach House sits directly in front of Musgrave Harbour Beach with only a short walk to the ocean's edge. This is Newfoundland's coastline as it should be experienced: raw, unspoiled, and right outside your door. Watch seabirds work the sand, scan for whales, and let the open North Atlantic set the pace. Built by our Newfie family for travellers who come for the land and the sea.

The space
Fanny's Beach House is a brand new modern home sitting in front of the longest white sandy beaches on the island, with direct beach access and ocean views from the patio. Built by our Newfie family with deep roots in Musgrave Harbour, it is designed to give guests a genuine and comfortable East Coast experience.
The home sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the spacious living room. The full kitchen, open living area, and furnished patio with a BBQ make it an easy place to settle into. Everything you need is provided - fresh linens, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, shower products, camping chairs, and beach toys.
Across the road, you have direct access to the open beach, which is only a short walk to the water's edge for swimming, walking, and ATVing. Please feel free to bring your bikes or ATVs with you if making a booking. Musgrave Harbour offers some of the best coastal scenery, wildlife, icebergs, and whale watching on the coast. Fogo Island and Twillingate are both within easy reach for day trips.
Musgrave Harbour is a warm and close-knit fishing community; unhurried, beautiful, and the real Newfoundland. We cannot wait to welcome you.

Guest access
Guests have full and private access to the entire home. The property sits atop our garage, which, along with the shed, will remain locked as it is used for personal storage. The front door is at the top of the stairs, and everything you need for your stay is inside the home and on the patio.
