“Completely self managed technologically advanced marvel. Unique and memorable. Self accessed free storage lockers were a godsend. Easy walk to the bus stop and quick $3 ride to Downtown. Interactive HD TV, hundreds of channels. If ever wanting to see a band at Basement East again would book at the Russell in a heartbeat.”

“Had a problem with water temp but they came and fixed it immediately and they were super nice! No free parking close by. Forced to do valet almost ”

“So perfect to have a full kitchen and living room space to spread out and relax in while in between enjoying all Nashville has to offer. There is a parking fee which I was unaware of but the overall experience was great and I would stay here again. Clean. Spacious. In room laundry. Cool vibe.”

“Room wasn’t clean and beds weren’t made. Wet towels left on floor. Had to move to a different room. We had a disabled son and the new room didn’t suit our son’s needs. I had to request to be moved back to original room the next day. I’m sure it was an overbite but staff really not prepared for problems. ”

“PROS: Great location. Plenty of food options right outside the property. The hotel was within walking distance of Broadway, bars, restaurants, and shops. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. CONS: You have to download an app to check in and get a Bluetooth key. If your phone dies, you'd better hope security is around to try to let you in. You have to use this Bluetooth key to get into the property, into the elevator, into the building, and then into your room. ”
