“When I arrived they told me they were not working with cheap hotels online. They refused my reservation. They had rooms, but wanted to increase the price by 50 percent more than what I had booked. I called the taxi service to come and get me. I didn’t stay there and I never will.”

“The location was beautiful quiet back street large compound. We had breakfast each Which was filling. The laundry service did not provide a dryer so our clothes took several days to dry. People were very courteous and helpful, but the surroundings were beautiful.”

“The hotel is very nice and the room/bed were quite comfortable. The meal service was great. The barman kept the beer cold and served with a a ready smile;-) Was there for work - so having the essentials listed above work was key. Would defintiely stay again.”

“I felt right at home here. Trees and large yard in the middle of everything. A private secluded home close to anything you want. Easy transport when needed. Amazing breakfast with fruit from trees on property. ”

“The 2 Friends Guest House in Jinja, Uganda is quite lovely. The staff and security guards are very kind & hospitable. The area felt very safe and is walkable to town. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is above average and the pool is quite refreshing. I was able to enjoy breakfast before departing for the day. The front desk staff also helped to book me a shuttle return back to Entebbe. I highly recommend the 2 Friends Guest House if you’re visiting Jinja.”

“This hotel seems to be run by scammers. It does not actually exist in Iganga...it is actually in the Masese area of Jinja. It is about 6 miles from Jinja and 20 miles from Iganga so I think its wrong for them to claim that the hotel is in Iganga. We had a very stressful time trying to find this hotel after arriving in Iganga. Luckily we were able to find another hotel in Iganga. Hotels.com were useless in trying to get us our refund after we had pre-paid for this hotel. They never gave me any...
