  • Welcome to Paradise Resort #3. A 2 bedroom Efficiency Apartment now available for nightly rentals in Croton Township. Professional month to month stays may be available, message to inquire. Just 8 miles from US 131 (exit 125). 20 miles from Big Rapids. 18 miles from Fremont.
    Monthly rentals include all utilities, internet, and trash removal. Deposit required on monthly rentals. No pets.
    We are a small resort on the Muskegon river with only 4 rentals. Our quaint backyard overlooks the Muskegon River in a park like setting that is unmatched to any accommodations around. Once you arrive you will enjoy the peacefulness and relaxing atmosphere. Kayaks are available for use June thru September. Fishing from the dock is a favorite, and of course bonfires in the evening. Only a couple miles from the new trail system The Dragon Trail which has rave reviews from both hikers and Mountain Bikers. Bring your boat, we have trailer parking available along with dockage.
    Sleeps up to 4. Queen bed in main living area, full bed in additional bedroom. Roll away twin available.

We had a great girls weekend! The room was immaculate. The property and views of the river were beautiful. The new dock was awesome and easy to get down to. Great breakfast down the road at Diner Between The Dams. Would love to stay again in the future.

The resort was clean and Melissa the host was very responsive. We accidentally broke a blind, which Melissa promptly replaced. The only critique was the lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter, but this is from an almost 63 year old woman with poor eyesight. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Melissa and sorry about the blind!

This is a great place to stay! The unit is in impeccable condition and communication was excellent. It was exactly the cozy vibes we needed for a weekend getaway, with lots of parks and things to do nearby. Make sure to get the wet burrito at Riverstop Saloon in Newaygo!

The location and view were lovely and peaceful. Any issues were timely addressed by the host. The major bummer was there were no kayaks available, which is why I booked. The owner offered to pay for me to rent them but that's very different than being able to go out from the dock every morning and night. Unit could use some upgrades (A/C and paint).

Two night get away

We had a wonderful, relaxing two night stay! The property was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Melissa, the host was fantastic about answering questions and was very quick to get back with us! Would definitely stay here again.

Honeymoon get away

This place was more than we could imagine. Beautiful overlook on the river with a swing, camp fire at night, and kayaking on the river.

Great Space!

This was a terrific place for the two of us to stay. Nicely furnished and spotless! And Melissa was very proactive in keeping us informed of the weather, and she checked in on us after we arrived. Will definitely stay here again!

Such a cute and cozy place with beautiful views of the river. We enjoyed mountain biking, fishing, hiking, and kayaking during the day and loved relaxing on the outdoor swing and by the firepit at night. Melissa was so friendly and welcoming. This peaceful resort has all the right ingredients for a memorable getaway.

Very cozy, cute decor, and clean. Host is very kind and willing to work with you. Just Missing a few small items to clean with and be comfortable. Deck down to river was unfinished and not really accessible. Water did not drain in bathroom sink. But overall, we would return :)

Great place to stay. Everything was awesome. Clean room, great communication with host. Property was perfect. Was great to see the stars at night from the dock and sit by the fire pit. Bed was comfy. Plenty of things to do in the area. Thanks again for everything. Will definitely stay again

This place is great! Melissa was friendly and easy to work with! A cute place of peace and tranquility. We stayed in room 3, plenty of space for the 2 of us to lounge inside with lots of room to enjoy the outdoors too! Our girls weekend was a success.

Peaceful and Beautiful

Everything was perfect. We loved the room, it had everything we needed to feel at home. Our host was welcoming. We had bonfires, fishing, and quiet. It was amazing. We plan on staying again.

Great little getaway

Stayed here for a couple of days to spend the weekend fishing for steelhead on the Muskegon River. Accommodations were great; ample space for my husband and I, well stocked, clean and fun decor! Cozy and cute. The fishing was great too! Will definitely return.

Hidden Gem

Almost a fairy tale setting, this hidden gem is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The property is on the water and has a beautiful, calming landscape. We enjoyed sunsets from the dock and the swing--so relaxing. The room was super comfy and met all our needs for a two-day stay. Melissa and Remy (the canine greeter) were the perfect hosts!
