Splendido casolare ristrutturato sull'acqua

Immacolata casetta di 1200 piedi quadrati è stata completamente ristrutturata con cucina bianca, banconi al quarzo, bagno nuovo e luminoso con doccia seduta, 2 camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con letti a castello), 2 aree salotto (una con divano letto queen size e l'altro con una grande sezione grigia che può ospitare 6). La splendida sala da pranzo con soffitto a volta ha un grande tavolo espandibile che può ospitare fino a 10 persone e offre viste panoramiche sull'acqua con le finestre circostanti. Rilassati sul nostro ampio ponte avvolgente, rilassati al pozzo del fuoco o pescare lungo i 150 metri della facciata del mare con 3 banchine. Rilassati e ondeggia sul nostro bellissimo altalena mentre sorseggi il tuo caffè mattutino o divertiti con 5 bici disponibili per il tuo utilizzo nel nostro garage con 2 postazioni. Sono inoltre disponibili 6 kayak (cinque per adulti e uno per giovani) da esplorare in acqua. Splendidi muri di sostegno e vernice esterna aggiornata rendono questo cottage il luogo perfetto per la tua famiglia per rilassarsi all'aperto e godersi la posizione perfetta sul fiume.

Cottage is beautiful and oh, so comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee on the back deck overlooking the river then grabbing a kayak for a quiet paddle upstream. I loved everything about our stay and will definitely book again.

Great experience.

Property just as pictured. Clean. Beautiful location. LOVE the beautiful window view of river. The spacious deck, seating, and dedicated fire pit all got frequent use! We saw bald eagles twice directly across river. Very peaceful and quiet. Use of kayaks an added bonus. My husband and I were there to take advantage of The Dragon Trail mountain bike trail around perimeter of Hardy Dam Pond. This VRBO was perfectly located for short drive to various segment access points. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Hosts were great as well.

Excellent Holiday Getaway

The house is absolutely beautiful. The owners did incredible designing and laying out this beautiful house on Croton Pond. There is nothing quite like the peace of drinking your morning coffee at the table in a warm house with a full window view of the water. The house was absolutely the perfect size for my family of 4. The linens and kitchen are well stocked for any needs that could come up. The house was very clean and clearly well taken care of. Highly recommend staying at Eagles Landing!

Colorless Color Tour

Due to the warmer than usual temps this October, there wasn't much autumn color in Mid Michigan. No worries tho! The cottage was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. This cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and fun trip. And the views of Croton Pond are spectacular. Dawn and Todd are attentive and gracious hosts. We would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding!

The cottage is gorgeous and Todd and Dawn have supplied everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is beautiful. The view of the river is amazing and it is so peaceful and quiet. We fished right off of the dock. We've been doing home rentals, B&B's, etc. for YEARS now and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at. Todd and Dawn are super nice and respond promptly to any questions and/or concerns. Don't pass this one by!

5 star cabin for sure

This cabin is special... bright, cheerful decor with everything you need to have a great stay. Great view and access to the lake. Sun room overlooking the lake is beautiful. Watch for the bald eagles flying right in front of the deck. Owners were gracious and friendly. Everything in the write up was exactly correct. 5 stars 🌟

Lovely Waterfront Cottage

The house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The outdoor space in back had nice, shady seating areas to sit and take in the beautiful river views. We didn’t have much luck fishing, but enjoyed kayaking and cruising the lake and river in a pontoon. Host couple were very nice and made us feel welcome!

Perfect Spot to Relax

I booked this house/cottage as a surprise for my boyfriend’s 40th Birthday. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay! The property was immaculate: very clean, gorgeous views, with lots of activities like kayaking, and fishing, a fire pit, and even a pontoon boat to rent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. I was a little nervous that there would be road noise as the property is close to the road in the photos, but that was not the case. The road has very little traffic and almost no road noise. I also like to mention that the river was fairly quit too - even on Memorial Day Weekend. There was not a lot of loud boat traffic like you might expect. The property is located at a shallower point in the river so there was minimal boat/jet ski traffic which was nice and made our stay relaxing. The property owners were very kind accommodating as well. Thanks Dawn & Todd for the awesome stay! We are definitely considering renting this place again. Maybe even again yet this year if we can! :)

Best Mini Vacation Ever!

We are so grateful to Todd and his wife for the opportunity to stay at their beautiful cottage and for a wonderful experience. The cottage is absolutely stunning, very homey and it has a breath taking lake view which I miss so much! The beds and couches are so comfortable. There is so much to do. This cottage is perfect for both winter and summer. We had an amazing time! So grateful for such a wonderful stay! We can’t wait to go back!

Peaceful spot on the muskegan river

The house is beautiful and the river is spectacular. There are many activities to enjoy, kayaking, fishing, star gazing, bike riding and many more. It really was a great vacation.Todd and Dawn are great hosts and run a wonderful and peaceful oasis here.

Absolute beautifully renovated cottage on the river.

The owners were there to greet us with very high energy and excitement (as we also had) as we were the first renters of their newly remodeled family cottage. They were extremely welcoming and gave us all the information we needed. The cottage itself is absolutely beautiful and cozy, and can’t wait to stay again! Thank you Dawn and Todd!
