Excellent rental in perfect location

A very clean, well maintained rental in the heart of the action in Grand Haven. The roof top terrace was fun for watching the musical fountain show and enjoying the summer weather. Will definitley stay here again!

Our experience for five days!

Our condo was beautiful and very clean. They had everything we needed. The kitchen was supplied with everything we could have possibly needed. More than enough clean towels, etc. there were tv’s in every room to watch movies at night.. Kevin the owner was incredible with preparing us and answering any questions immediately. We had stayed at a different place last year and there was no comparison. You could not ask for a better location. You walk out the door and you have accessibility to everything in town. My son was at the campground and it was a beautiful walk watching the boats and people at the beach. I highly recommend staying there and will gladly stay there again!

Very satisfied; exactly as advertised

The condo was great - it was super clean, was right downtown in the center of everything and it was exactly as advertised. The check in process went perfectly and we really enjoyed our experience. We would definitely stay there again.

Greate Place, Great Host

Perfect location as it is next to the best restaurants and a nice stroll to the beach. Each night, we enjoyed the fountain show from the roof top view. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful property on top notch location

This property was has been freshly renovated and is just magnificent. The building is also very nice, centrally located in the heart of all the action in Grand Haven. The rooftop is as advertised, and with only six units in the building we usually were one of only a couple families that we ever saw up there- great place to relax in the evening. Lots to do in the area- we particularly enjoyed a nearby park called Hoffmaster State Park. Kevin was very responsive and the check in process was on point. Parking can be a bit hairy during peak dinner hours, but otherwise is convenient. Overall a great vacation for my family and we’ll come back to Grand Haven in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! You can’t beat the location - we parked and walked to everything we needed! Kevin was great and gave us all info needed in advance for check in and was very responsive. This condo was beautiful!! Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Definite YES!

If you’re looking to experience all that Grand Haven has to offer, this is the perfect property for you! The location couldn’t be more central to downtown, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, activities, and more. We ate at a different restaurant for each meal and had a great time exploring the neighborhood. The waterfront is steps away from the building and the beach is a scenic 20 minute walk. The hosts, Kevin and Erica, were extremely helpful in providing information on parking, restaurant recommendations, and lots of thoughtful amenities in the condo that left us repeatedly saying, “I’ve NEVER stayed in a VRBO this well done.” The space is beautifully updated and was spotlessly clean. Don’t miss out on this one - I can’t recommend this booking enough!

Great condo!!! Perfect location!!!

We just left after a PERFECT week in this amazing condo!!! I can't believe it took us this long to discover Michigan and Grand Haven!!! We VRBO often, and these are the BEST hosts ever!!! They provided so many extras and were so helpful!!! We loved Grand Haven and Holland! We loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants and to the beach! The rooftop was SO fun!!! THANK YOU!!! We will be back!!!

The rooftop and balcony complete this place

We enjoyed staying here, the location was perfect for our group. We bbq’d on the rooftop and watched the musical fountains. My husband was on crutches so having to climb the stairs to get to the roof was a struggle for him but everything else was great. The communication between the hosts was great. Very happy we stayed here.

Overall GREAT condo

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This condo is in an amazing location. Very convenient to get everywhere. Tons of options for food and drinks, shopping within very short walking distance. The condo is very nicely stocked, really appreciated things that were provided that other condos we’ve stayed in have not (real glass glasses, kitchen & bar supplies, toilet paper, trash bags, ziploc bags, wagon, beach chairs). Owners are super nice and VERY on top of communication. Nice to have an elevator when needed. The rooftop and balcony were really nice and enjoyable to hang out on. Only thing preventing a 5 star rating would be the one thing the owners cannot prevent and the downside of being so close to everything and that’s the noise. But all things said we would HIGHLY recommend!

Overall nice

The parking was a bit of a hassle because we had 2 cars. The unit balcony (while nice) over looks the dumpster and the trash was collected every morning early. Finally, the second bedroom is very small and there’s no place to put your luggage.

Great stay

This was a very nice property. It was clean and well organized. We would stay here again even though it was a little further away from the beach than we would have liked. (With three small kids, we needed to drive instead of walk to the beach). We loved that the owner provided us with beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, beach towels and a wagon.

Condo was in a great location. We literally not went in our car once we parked it. Walked to restaurants, shops, the marina and the beach/pier. Condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable!! Owner was great with communication too. Rooftop patio was great! Beautiful view up there. We grilled out one night there. Overall great experience. Will be back!

Great location in this cute town

This condo unit was in a great location! Only a block away from the water, restaurants, and shops. Very clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked. The owner Kevin checked in often to make sure all was going well with our stay. We recommend biking along the waterway, sammys at the Toasted Pickle, a concert at Seven Steps Up, hiking at PJ Hoffmaster park, and wine tasking at Lemon Creek. Definitely recommend; seems like one of the best locations in town!
