Mid-Century Modern Lake House on Wolf Lake!

Welcome to life at the Lake! Our Lake House just went through an extensive remodel and will give you the feeling of a brand new house. This property, on just over an acre, features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 14 people.

At the lake you will be able to enjoy water activities, campfires by the water and plenty of games inside to entertain. Bring or rent your own boat, house has 36ft dock.

In the summer months, the house has a 7 night minimum with guests checking in/out on Fridays.
The space
House is fully furnished, a full kitchen, bath towels, and bedding will all be provided. The house has a few beach chairs and inflatable rafts. There is also an outdoor grill and patio set for guests to use.

Please bring your own beach towels and extra outdoor chairs if staying with a large group. Two kayaks will be available for use during your stay. There will also be a dock if you are bringing/renting a boat.

Wolf Lake is a spring fed, sandy bottom lake. There is great fishing on the lake year round. House can also be utilized for access to ice fishing, pond hockey, close proximity to Muskegon Winter Sports Complex in the winter months.

Due to allergies we will not allow pets.

Guests will have access to the entire property including use of free laundry, garage and shed by the water for storage.

Mostly satisfied

We enjoyed the property. My main complaint is their is no lighting down to the beach an fire pit. My granddaughter fell on the stairs. Landscaping needs much improvement. No complaints with the house.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, right on the lake

I came here with my family including 2 little kids and we were all comfortable with plenty of extra room. Really lovely and nicely updated house. I think the house advertises that it can sleep 14 and there’s actually beds, comfortable seating, and table space for a party that size which is wonderful! There’s even a cute twin in a nook under that stairs which I don’t even think was in the listing. The basement has a kitchenette with a full sized fridge and a huge living space, so you could have two big groups doing their own thing in the house. House is perfect for little kids too with a step stool, pack and play, booster seat, and a big toy bin. The washer and dryer were in good order. Steps down to the beach are well maintained. The big porch had a beautiful railing and amazing view. I loved the two kayaks and shed full of beach things like an umbrella and corn hole. Three houses down is a park with a very big sandy beach (and a playground) if you want more sand. We made the short drive to Muskegon and Grand Haven a couple of times. Really just about perfect! The trees and peacefulness and my lack of cell service made it feel secluded, but the amenities and comfort were all top notch.

Muskegon Family Vacation 2023

This was our first family vacation including our adult children and grandchildren. Everyone enjoyed fishing and kayaking on Wolfe Lake and the location was close to enough Lake Michigan and Grand Haven State Park. Jordan was a great host and very quick to respond to all questions and concerns.
