Welcome to our cozy and inviting loft apartment, perfectly situated near the heart of downtown Muskegon. Located in a historic two-unit home built in 1920, this upper-level studio offers a nostalgic ambiance with vintage Muskegon photography and a stunning view of Muskegon Lake. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this is the perfect base for exploring all that Muskegon has to offer.

Prime Location Highlights
Walkable: Just a short stroll to Heritage Landing and downtown Muskegon.
Beach Access: A quick drive to Pere Marquette Beach.
Entertainment & Dining: Walk to breweries, restaurants, bars, the hockey arena, and more.

Apartment Features
Private Upper Unit: Located on the second floor of a two-unit home. While the building is shared, your space is completely private.
Lake Views: Enjoy beautiful views of Muskegon Lake right from your window.
Comfortable Layout: Best suited for a couple or solo traveler, but can accommodate up to 4 guests. The loveseat includes a fold-out full-size bed.
Studio Style: Please note this is a studio apartment with no separate bedroom.

Not Toddler-Friendly: Due to the stairs, this unit is not suitable for toddlers.

Father’s Day stay for one night.The three of us used the pullout couch and bed and it was perfect.

Such a quaint cottage.... Easy access to alot of things to do. The landlord was amazing. Very prompt to respond. We had a great time... We we're only 5 minutes from The museums downtown, a sunset cruise, 10 miles bike riding, fishing and a walking trail.... We did it all. My teenagers enjoyed every moment. We will definitely visit again...
