“It was very nice”

“I'd give 0 stars if possible. Internet constantly going out, hot rooms, 2 nights I couldn't take a shower due to no hot water. Just overall terrible hotel. Working on getting my money back now.”

“Room was not cleaned the first night of stay. Towels were not replaced, when they did not have enough clean towels at 4p.m. Will not stay here again.”

“Staff was so friendly, breakfast buffet was great and staff serving breakfast went above and beyond to help with anything. The rooms were very nice and large. Will come here again.”

“The overall stay was ok. There were ants coming out of the outlets, bathtub, sink, and air conditioner. Staff said that they were aware of the problem and the only solution they offered was to come and spray the ants they seen. The swimming pool and hot tub were disappointing and looked nothing like the pictures. The floor of the pool and hot tub was brown and looked to have not been cleaned in a while. The breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating.”

“It was almost new inside and staff were helpful and even asked which room we wanted. Very nice.”
