“Room was clean and organized and staff were friendly! Unfortunately pool was closed at time of visit but not sure if that could have been helped. Breakfast wasn’t high quality but nothing terrible, inconsistent between days though. Be careful about check out times though - booking said 12, but in person it turned out to be 11.”

“Booked: 3adults, 1K+sofabed. Security: Rm door was open; not unlocked, “OPEN”. Our internal safety alarms went off so we searched room for signs of tampering, cameras, people. Tried calling desk; phone did not work. Room: well designed, spacious, efficient. Bed: comfortable, pillows too soft/non-supportive; sofabed too.
No “FREE Premium WiFi”; web & key-card folder advertise “Free Premium WiFi”. Reality: “Standard WiFi” was free, “Premium WiFi” was $4.95/day. The difference: ability to see...
