“The hotel is in an excellent location, housed in a charming historic building that reflects part of Helsinki's heritage. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations. The main issue was the room cleaning: it was not done on a daily basis. Every evening, upon returning to the hotel, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and wait—exhausted—in the lobby. To make matters worse, we were even told that we had asked the staff not to clean the room—an absurd and offensive accusation,...

“We loved the sauna and washing machine in the room. Lot of space for my wife/2 year old. I work remotely and was able to work at night while they were asleep in a different room, which make things way better. We cooked each night in the room. Location is great, walk to Central Market is 10 minutes (15 if you walk slower). Clean, modern, cares about the environment which is huge for us, and all around a great Boutique Hotel mixed with an Apartment atmosphere. Great idea. I wish the USA had places...
