"Swimming pool was not well maintained. Despite calling them the cleaniness was not good. Bed covers were soiled and we had to ask them to get those replaced."

"Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron ..."
