"Spotlessly clean. Plenty of space, storage. Superb terrace - sun all day. Great black-out blinds and excellent security. Plenty of on-road parking + private space in underground car park. Very handy barbecue. Good kitchen equipment. Very quiet area. 100 metre walk to great pool. 15 min walk to bars/restaurants - 20 mins on way back - quite steep uphill. 2 mins by car!! "First, the owner is really nice. She lives upstairs, but you hardly notice that she is there. On arrival, we were told that this was now “our Casa”, and we really felt like it. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was overall a positive experience. Still, there are some things that you might want to consider. First, if you need three bedrooms you will have to accept that the last bedroom is only separated from upstairs by a curtain. Probably not a big issue for many, but we are allergic to cats...
