The villa comes with all necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay. The laundry and ironing area is located in a separate utility room.

House guide: In the villa, the blinds, awnings, and porch fan are automatic and very easy to use. The blinds operate with a convenient up and down button, while the fan and awnings are controlled by a remote control.
During your stay, maintenance staff may come by to clean and maintain the pool to ensure it is always in perfect condition for you to enjoy. We will notify you in advance before their visit. If you are not home, the staff only has a key to access the garden; they do not have access to the inside of the house.
Additional Apartment Rules: Your reservation is subject to a security deposit. To confirm your booking, you must access the link we will provide as the guest guide, fill in all the required information, register all guests staying, sign the contract, and make the security deposit payment via bank transfer. Without completing this step and without receiving the deposit payment by transfer, check-in will not be possible. Access to the property will be granted afterward.
Please leave the barbecue free of charcoal residues. Avoid drinks and food in the pool area, especially glass containers, as they could be dangerous for your safety and could damage the water filtration system.
