The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, divided over four bedrooms and generous living areas. From both the living room and bedrooms you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view, and the large glass-railed terrace quickly becomes the favourite spot for relaxing and enjoying long summer evenings. Inside, you’ll find a modern and inviting atmosphere with large windows, cosy seating areas and a fireplace for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, and everything you need for shared meals. There are two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet, and one of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. The property offers plenty of parking, a garden and several outdoor areas in different directions. The house also includes fibre internet, Chromecast and laundry facilities. Please note: On the ground floor there is a small separate apartment where one person lives permanently. The apartment has its own entrance, and your privacy will be respected. Pets are welcome.



Things to do in Myggenäs and nearby:

From the house it’s just about 800 metres to a bathing area by the sea with both rocks and sandy beach. The surroundings offer scenic walking and cycling paths, and from the nearby Almön area you can enjoy lovely viewpoints and bathing spots overlooking the Tjörn bridges. Explore the island further with a visit to Skärhamn and the Nordic Watercolour Museum, or take a short drive to Stenungsund for shopping and restaurants. Here you stay in the heart of Bohuslän’s stunning archipelago, close to swimming, boating and hiking – perfect for families and friends who want to experience the best of Sweden’s west coast.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of SEK 3,000 will be automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided the house has been left in acceptable condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented for SEK 190/person and SEK 60/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is mandatory. A fee of SEK 2,500 will be added to the booking price.

• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted.

• Smoking is not allowed.

• Pets are welcome.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
