E’ una struttura davvero molto bella, enorme e ha tutto ciò di cui una persona in vacanza dovrebbe avere. Io ci ritornerei molto volentieri

Ho girato tutto il mondo ma questo posto mi ha davvero colpito. Il Resort è davvero stupendo, molto curato, con tanto verde ben tenuto. Il personale è stupendo ed anche l'animazione con cui abbiamo fatto amicizia è stato grandioso. Il mangiare è abbondante e ottimo. Da tornarci sicuramente!

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time, after spending three weeks here in 2023 and returning again just a few days ago for one week. Overall, I can confidently say that the quality of the hotel remains consistently high. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and the restaurants continue to deliver both in terms of food quality and professionalism of the staff. Everything feels well maintained and carefully managed. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the “behind-the-scenes” teams — such as the gardeners and the staff who clean the pool at night — whose hard work often goes unnoticed but clearly contributes to the overall experience. The hotel itself is excellent, and the level of service is undeniably strong. However, compared to my stay in 2023, I noticed some very significant price increases. For example, laundry services have gone from €9 to €25, and shisha from €4 to €10. While some increase due to inflation is understandable, these jumps feel excessive and somewhat difficult to justify. Another slightly negative point concerns the animation/entertainment teams. They do not seem fully aligned with the hotel’s clientele. Some of the younger entertainers, in particular, can be quite intrusive and may lack the experience needed to interact appropriately with guests.
