This unit is on the fifth floor with wonderful views of sunrise and sunset. Garden City Pier is just a short walk or drive, along with restaurants and shopping. Last minute beach trip!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the resort. Booked it very last minute and for the 4 of us it was perfect. Nice location in Garden City and nice ocean views. Host was very responsive with any questions!

Nice location

The location is great the condo was okay, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything that you could need. TV in bedroom only worked if you manually turned it on as none of the remotes would turn it on or off. The overall unit could use a few updates as a few things were falling down/apart. But the balcony provided beautiful views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets and sunrises

Fire alram

The fire alram went out 2 time , 2 different days. The 1st time we got locked out of our room for we didn’t grab our key , we was trying to hurry to get out . This was in the middle of the night and we had to stay out side of our room for about 2 hours before any would could let us back in. The property guard said that they don’t have any keys to fit that room. And we had our kids out there in the middle of the night the whole time .

Garden City Resort

I was very happy with the condo and the resort. The condo was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked and the balcony had to be my favorite spot. The resort was close to restaurants and shopping. A close drive to Myrtle Beach - dinner shows and more shopping.

Had a wonderful time. The unit was great just as seen online. Beautiful ocean front view. Wonderful restaurant on ground floor at the pool. Friendly staff. Definitely would recommend this for anyone

Nice place!

We go to garden City every year and have stayed at the royal garden before but this is the first time staying in this condo. We loved this condo my only complaints were they may need to get new rug (they just felt dirty when walking on them) and get more utensils for the kitchen like a spatula and cooking spoon (all we had was a laidel to cook with.) Would definitely recommend and would also stay here again!

Overall property great. Individual units needs improvements

Our unit 5th floor unit smelled of mildew upon entering. Water and moisture damage was evident on the ceiling boards in both bathrooms and laundry room. Secondary bathroom shower too small for even a slim adult to shower comfortably. Location and amenities in building were great

Run Down/Not Clean

When we checked in, I noticed water on the bathroom floor. I was going to call, but I didn't know where it was coming from. Finally, we noticed it was leaking from the ceiling. The owners must get this fixed. The cleaning people surely must have known this. The bedroom also had a bad smell and everything in the room was always damp. I couldn't sleep in there. The floor mats in the bathrooms need replacing or washing. I just felt the place wasn't very clean.

Hurricane Elsa didn’t spoil our vacation

We were happy with our condo except the rugs in the bathrooms didn’t seem to be fresh nor did the bed toppers. We were given clean sheets for our beds but the toppers were not clean.. we’re saying makeup was on ours so we won’t think it was blood!! Elevators were out of order and people were stuck twice we know of. Long waits for the elevators. Our room was nice and we enjoyed our visit especially sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. Fireworks shows every night which my grandson loved. I’m satisfied with our vacation.
