“Room wasn’t clean all duvet covers not doing well . Noisy from resident ”

“The triple room we booked was big and very cute. I loved it but our toilet was plugged on arrival. They did not have a plunger so we had to move rooms up a flight of stairs to two double rooms. I had asked at booking which floor the triple room was on as I wanted a main floor but now we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, and our group was separated. “They did not have my booking when I arrived. The rooms are dated as are the bathrooms. I even had 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. I did not stay for my 2nd night. Despite the large grand front reception - the hotel is IMO only a 2* at best.”
