“"I stayed at a brand-new hotel in the heart of Kijitonyama, and the experience was outstanding. The housekeeping service was top-notch, and the overseeing manager really made an impression. You can tell he's got years of experience in customer service — his hard work and dedication were evident throughout my stay." I will give 9/10. Some staff needs more training especially the front desk. But I will definitely come back.

“My experience was great. I only stayed for 2 nights, but I really enjoyed. I never used the pool, but it did look to a good standard. The breakfast included was also tasty, not much to select from, but still tasty.”
“The hotel is clean and the staff are nice and kind, but the food can be improved, especially for breakfast, they should not put pasta and sauce in the morning, it would be better if they put different fruits, omelet, boiled eggs, baked beans, fried sausages, bread, and pancakes etc.”
