“La atencion fue de lo mas excelente... La persona que cuidaba la casa nos dio informacion para poder disfrutar nuestra estadia y lo cual fue asi. Lo unico malo es que no todos los cuartos estaban disponibles y el AC no funcionaba en algunos.. pero es algo que tiene solucion. Es un lugar que regresaria sin pensarla dos veces. Me encanto la cercania de la propiedad a la playa y el espacio. Lo recomiendo 100%.”

“We stayed 4 nights! We loved that the house had lots of windows, helps to get some air and alliaviate Managua's hot weather. The house was clean and comfortable, the only negative thing I can say it's that the kitchen needs to be better equipped but the host responds really fast to guest request, we needed a blender and in less than 10 minutes Carmen was there with a brand new blender !!!😊. She's awesome!! Definitely will be staying there for future stays in Managua.”

“Very secluded, nice for a week of relaxation. Too secluded for a long stay. Belkis was great, took care of problems occurring in a timely manner. The food at Belkis restaurant is amazing, everything is freshly made from scratch. The ocean and beach are lovely. There’s no microwave in the kitchen, lots of ants and some mice, got to keep all your food in the fridge! We still had a great time, but 9 weeks is too long!”

“This rental in Pochomil/Masachapa has to the best rental in the area. The view is spectacular. You can be in the pool and see everything on the beach. The sunrise and sunset views are fabulous. We will be staying there again.”

“La propiedad esta metida en 1 lugar bien metido y peligroso ya que han havido muchos asaltos por ese camino y como hivamos de noche decidi no arriesgar a mi familia. 1 total fracaso. Llame muchas veces al hotel y nadie me contesto la llamada. De verdad muy mala atension al cliente”

“Don't get me wrong.... it was a lovely house in pictures they showed on the website.... I wish I could post some of my pictures... The bad .... the 1st floor bathroom was under the stairs. To the end of the faceing toilet to the wall you had 4 inch... so if you sat down you were kissing the wall. If your tall than 5'6 you had to tilt your head to the side if you're standing up going to the bathroom. So you have to Shuffle yourself sideways into the bathroom to use it and you have to shuffle...

“It wasn't the worst place in the world, but it was quite far from the best. Definitely subpar. We stayed 4 nights. The overall level of cleanliness was abominable. The floors were filthy, as were the countertops, and I could not bare to touch the light switches because they had never been wiped and were so grimy that they appeared brown (especially in the bathrooms).
