It's time to relax at Bubbles Up, a charming, soundside home located in the quiet Linkside neighborhood within the Village at Nags Head community. This beautiful three bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a perfect destination location for your next Outer Banks Vacation.

Inside the home, you'll find an updated space that offers everything needed for a summer vacation or for a long weekend getaway. The top level of the home has an open floorplan, allowing for everyone to spend time together no matter what room you're in. When it's time to eat, dine at the table or enjoy your meal out on the back deck, taking in the views of the golf course under the sun. The bedrooms are located on the mid-level of the home, allowing for a quiet space to relax at night after a day of exploring the OBX. There are two king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with twin beds, perfect for the kids in the group.

While at the home, if you're looking for things to do, be sure to visit the Village Beach Club or either of the two soundside accesses, perfect for catching one of the stunning Outer Banks Sunsets. Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto S Links Drive. Turn Left onto West Seachase Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head north to the Loggerhead beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and an outdoor shower.

If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
