Laughing Gull # 1 presenta un Nest Crows sul tetto che offre viste panoramiche sull'oceano e sulle aree circostanti.

Dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni e può ospitare fino a 12 persone su due livelli.

Al largo del soggiorno si trova la camera da letto principale che ha un letto king size e un bagno interno adiacente.

Cammina fuori e goditi il ponte, la veranda riparata o sali in cima al Crows Nest.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV e il soggiorno ha una Smart TV in modo da poter usare le app di streaming per guardare film ecc. È disponibile anche la connessione WiFi gratuita.

La veranda ha 2 sedie a dondolo per rilassarsi mentre grigliate la vostra cena preferita sulla griglia a carbone.

Non abbiamo dimenticato la tua famiglia pelosa! Avrai la tranquillità di sapere che il tuo animale domestico è al sicuro nell'area recintata collegata incatenata.

Per vostra comodità, c'è una doccia esterna che è completamente chiusa e dotata di acqua calda e fredda.

Dov'è la spiaggia? Basta una breve passeggiata lungo il vialetto e le dita dei piedi sono nella sabbia! C'è una guardia di vita in questa posizione.

This house is in a great location. Well stocked. We enjoyed the crows nest the most! Just a couple suggestions to make- the king mattress was extremely uncomfortable and sunk in on both sides. Might be time to replace. Also, since this is a pet friendly rental, carpets on the stairs inside would be nice. Our dog had a hard time going up and down. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great location! This house is on the beach side with maybe 3 or 4 other houses in front of the beach. Only a short walk to the beach. We went to the Wrights Brothers National Memorial (20 minutes), jockeys ridge state park (10 minutes), and cape hatteras light house (1 hour). The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and plates and bowls and utensils. great view of ocean from the crows nest. Front fenced yard is dog friendly.

House is a little dated, but location was good! Right on beach and near many restaurants. Only complaint is towels feel like sand paper and are way too rough. Plus fenced in area for dog is very tiny and best for a small dog not big enough for a big dog!

We spent 4 days at Laughing Gull #1 and had a wonderful stay! The beach is just right over the dune and it's within walking distance of Jeanette's Pier. We were fortunate to have a warm weather day and our girls played in the ocean and enjoyed the hot water shower outside. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bunk bed room, queen room and laundry room are on the entry level. Upstairs is the king bedroom, living room and kitchen. Both levels have a full bathroom. The layout of the house was ideal for our family.

This property was fabulous, awesome screen porch, fenced yard for the dogs, easy access to the beach, had every amenity needed in the kitchen, beds were comfortable crows nest was fabulous. The linens provided were such a nice touch, truly, this was a magnificent house along with its location.

We came up for a short weekend trip to go to the aquarium. Home was clean, well maintained and had beautiful sunrise views from the crows nest. We will be back for a warmer stay. We traveled with a 7 month old baby and a 16lb frenchie. Both loved the room and the frenchie enjoyed having a fenced in area to run.

Loved the house & decor. The bed was very comfortable. I have 3 Golden Retrievers so finding a house with fenced in yard for my dogs was a must & it was such a short walk to the beach with private access.

We loved our trip! We will definitely be returning to the same house. We saved so much money by not having to board our dogs. The home was perfectly set up for pets, and we loved being able to share our vacation with our furry babies. The house was clean and so cute! It's the perfect location on the sand (no streets for the kids to cross to go to the beach). Management was very kind and communicative. Can't wait to go again.

We had a nice weekend stay. Great location along the beach, not too far from restaurants and shopping along with easy beach access. Bedrooms were perfect for us, and a nice large family room / dining area. It was very clean and all instructions were clear. We’ll keep it in mind for future visits.

Very adequate! Only issue is that only one bedroom is actually "adult-sized". Other two are very fine for young children and pre-teens. If someone has that age profile, this is an excellent rental for you!

My husband and I along with our grown daughter and her husband came for the weekend. The house was clean, nicely equipped. You can't beat the walk to the beach! I like that there is fenced in area if you want to bring pets. The shared living space was set up great! There are TVs in all the bedrooms and living room - the one in our bedroom had a fire stick which needed to be set up - I did not know how to do that without an Amazon account so we did not use it. But we were at the beach so probably only would have had that TV turned on for less than an hour anyway. I like that sheets and towels are provided, as well as plenty of starter toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing liquid. The only minus for us is that we are two adult couples. From looking at the photos I expected two queen beds on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Instead the queen beds were bunk beds pushed against the wall. Because the trip was birthday gift for my daughter and son in law, we insisted that they take the master bedroom, leaving my husband and I with the bunk beds. In my opinion, it would be very difficult for two people to get into these beds. So I slept on the bottom bunk - with a very low clearance, I could not sit up and it was tricky getting in and out of the bed. My husband slept on the top bunk and did not enjoy going up and down the steps. The only ding on stars was because of the bed situation. Other wise this would be on my list for a return trip.

The house and the location were outstanding. We have three teenagers and there was plenty of room for all five of us (and our small dog!). The proximity to the beach was as advertised so I would highly recommend the house. Everything that was promised was delivered!
