Il nostro cottage Sea Biscuit è perfetto per un grande gruppo. Dispone di 7 camere da letto, 6 bagni -1 con vasca idromassaggio e può ospitare fino a 25 persone!

Questa casa è dotata di un ascensore, quindi non è necessario manovrare rampe di scale.

Avrai fantastiche viste sull'oceano dai ponti anteriori e una splendida vista sul santuario nazionale della spiaggia di Hatteras dal retro. (Tieni gli occhi aperti per il pascolo dei cervi.)

Un modo meraviglioso per iniziare la giornata è gustare la colazione sul ponte mentre si guarda l'oceano e crogiolarsi nel caldo sole delle Outer Banks.

Quindi cammina fino alla spiaggia. È solo una breve passeggiata sul nostro accesso privato alla spiaggia.

2 cucine completamente attrezzate e zone pranzo rendono l'ora della cena senza problemi. Hai anche una macchina per fare il ghiaccio, quindi non rimarrai mai senza ghiaccio.

Trascorri un po 'di tempo in famiglia nella grande sala e goditi i tuoi programmi TV preferiti su uno dei tanti televisori a schermo piatto situati in tutta la casa.

Ci sono due aree lavanderia due lavatrici e due asciugatrici.

This was the cleanest house that I have ever rented!!! Love the location and most everything about it. Not a complaint, just calling attention to some of the posts on the decks are very loose and the WiFi was very slow! Very nice location

Everything was good . Just hope they get a bigger refrigerator when this one needs replacing. Ice machine had its moments , but started working again . Excellent location for a short walk to the beach. Everyone enjoyed themselves and want to do it again

Excellent vacation experience

We had a delightful experience staying at this property. The location was very convenient, just on the other side of the bridge and the nearest beach access just across the street.. The house itself was well furnished, with a modern kitchen and bathroom spaces and plenty of eating and relaxing areas. The bedrooms were larger than we expected from the pictures. Management was great; my 3 year old got his car stuck in the pool table, and they came out and dislodged it on a Friday evening without fuss. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Biscuit!! The house had more than enough room to accommodate us and the location was perfect. The kitchens had everything we could have needed and the pool was a huge hit!! Communications with property management was a breeze, they responded to every inquiry immediately. We look forward to staying at this wonderful rental again in the future.

Family reunion

We had 4 families doing a lil family reunion trip to the beach and this place was awesome! Plenty of rooms and gathering spaces! Easy beach access and great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to go again.

Nice location

House was just across from beach access. Kitchen well stocked and nice to have two fridges and two stoves. The only down side was the TV in living is to far up, you have to sit with head tilted back to watch and the bunk beds in with the main beds. which give very little room to move around. The main thing is we had fun with the family

Family gathering

We had a great time- the house accommodated 5 families nicely. Kitchen is well stocked and all porches ( there are 6!) had very comfortable furniture. The access to the beach is right across the street. The lower level bathrooms were small but it was nice to have 6 bathrooms. We’d rent again.

Family beach vacation

We had a great time at the OBX while staying at "Sea Biscuit". It is located near a lot of activities and the beach in the southern part of Nags Head, NC. The home has plenty of room for our family to stay and prepare a meal to eat together in the large dining area.

We were very impressed with the large eating area, multiple kitchens, decks, and the location. The view out back is nice and there is an ocean view out front.

Pros and cons

Pros: Great price Great location Very well stocked kitchen. Loved all the pot sizes, plates, silverware, etc. Cups is only thing short on stock Elevator was great for some of our family that struggled with stairs Amenity package being included Overall, the house served our family well. Cons: I understand sweeping a beach house is a bit like trying to sweep the beach itself...I expect sand. However, under the beds we found a bit of trash (Ex., an open juice bottle that thankfully didn't have bugs yet). Outside of floors, everything else was cleaned well. The king size bed on the 3rd floor really needs a new mattress. My in-laws have been married 51 years, but still didn't appreciate rolling into each other all night. The doors...The 3rd floor front door will not stay closed unless the dead bolt is latched. This was problematic for the folks that stayed on the ground floor and needed the elevator. If they were the first up, they had to wait until someone else was up before they could come upstairs. We didn't realize the door didn't latch well and left the deadbolt unlocked on the first night (my wife woke up in the middle of the night to find the door wide open). The door handle on the backdoor (3rd floor) fell off a few times. Also, a number of the door handles inside the house could use someone with about 30 minutes and a screwdriver to tighten them up. The house is loud...not much can be done about it, but anyone walking around can be heard throughout the house. My kids went to bed before the adults and any conversation on the 3rd floor can be heard in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor like they are in the room with them. The dual shower heads were nice and I especially appreciated them for showering my kids, but some of our vertically challenged family could not reach them to switch them to the main shower head or direct the shower head in.a better direction. Not a huge deal, and easily remedied after the 1st shower, but something to be aware of when you rent this home. Things you need to bring: Dishwasher pods. 3 were provided on the top floor, and 3 on the bottom...so we had enough, but had we been there one more day, we would have needed more. Coffee filters - we bought some and left our extra, but I don't know if they can stay in the kitchen with cleaning procedures. Cups - not a lot of cups stocked, we needed more for our group of 8...if the house was at capacity, there would definitely not be enough.

Off season wedding

Family and friends here for my brothers wedding. Great stay. Great location!! Just understand the house is on the older side. Doors don’t close unless you do a back flip and say a pray. We were also told the kitchen was going to be updated but that being said we did want for anything. Plenty of room and enough beds. Bathroom showers are not made for sharing. But all and all great stay!!!
