Sea Sunrise è un condominio all'ultimo piano, ad angolo, con un unico livello, con ascensore in Diamond Shoals che offre il perfetto soggiorno sull'oceano per le vostre vacanze al mare in famiglia. Goditi albe mozzafiato con il tuo caffè del mattino dal grande ponte avvolgente che offre incredibili viste panoramiche sull'oceano. A pochi passi è un passaggio pedonale privato per accedere alla spiaggia e piscina appena sostituita per il vostro divertimento.

Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo offrono magnifiche viste sull'oceano e una TV a schermo piatto da 50 ". La cucina aggiornata è ben attrezzata per lo chef della tua famiglia con ripiani in granito e tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto meraviglioso: pentole, padelle, coltelli, utensili da cucina, robot da cucina, frullatore, pentola del vaso di terracotta, ecc. Le camere da letto includono: una spaziosa camera da letto principale con una terrazza privata che fornisce Roanoke Sound e splendide viste sul tramonto, letto king size, cabina armadio, bagno aggiornato con doppio lavabo e vasca idromassaggio; una camera da letto matrimoniale con accesso al ponte di fronte all'oceano; e una camera da letto con due letti singoli (possono essere uniti per fare 1 letto matrimoniale). Il corridoio fornisce l'accesso alle camere da letto, un bagno completo e un ripostiglio con lavatrice e asciugatrice. L'armadio esterno contiene sedie da spiaggia, ombrelloni, boogie board e giochi da spiaggia per bambini per la vostra comodità. L'unità viene fornita con due posti auto riservati con parcheggio per i visitatori primo arrivato.

Nice location

It was nice but if you don't stay in the upper units you wont see the ocean because of the sand hills. Pool is small to share with over a dozen units.The unit was nice but pretty stingy with extras. We got one towel each and a hand towel. One dish towel and not even a sponge to wash dishes. No extra toilet paper or garbage bags. No complimentary soap or shampoo like others we have stayed at. The complex looks run down and needs some up keep and painting. Walk ways in front of units could be scrubbed and cleaned.

Beautiful location!

Very nice condo with 3 bedrooms. Location directly overlooking beach andthe ocean couldn't be better. Also appreciated having a pool on property. Condo well equipped, linens provided also helpful. Recommend!

perfect oceanfront condo

Really loved this spacious oceanfront Condo. We had 6 adults and it never felt crowded. The large deck was perfect for watching the waves, sunrise and an occasional military aircraft. I would highly recommend.

Amazing views and nice clean condo!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Sunrise. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and everything was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and the location was the most convenient we have ever stayed in the area.

Wonderful Stay at Sea Sunrise

Our stay included another couple, which, we four enjoyed Sea Sunsise very much, located in south Nags Head, near the lovely Jennette’s Pier. The location is perfect, allowing an easy drive to just about any area of interest; beach access was just a few steps away. The view each morning was a dream. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to work in; living room is very roomy with large screen TV for evening entertainment on a night off from sight seeing. The master suite with large bathroom and walk-in closet was quiet comfortable, with the exception of the bed. The bed needs updated new mattress. There isn’t a sea view from master bedroom, however, the large bathroom is nice trade off, as sharing the condo, one couple will not have the convienice of their own bathroom. The queen bedroom was very comfortable with a sea view through door opening to large wrap around deck. The twin bed was hard, but room is very cute. We would give this condo five stars, however, there were only a couple of things that are in need of addressing. Replacing King Mattress is one, bedspread was not clean, nor was base of toilet in master bedroom, which we cleaned; sofa covers really should to be replaced as they were not clean and looked old. Also, we sprayed down deck and cleaned off deck furniture so we could sit out and enjoy the beautiful view. These issues are very minor and can be easily remedied. We all agreed that we would absolutely recommend this condo. The condo is situated on a corner, which gave a nice feeling of openness to an amazing view and sounds of the sea. We hope the suggestions will be recieved in a possitive way. Brian, one of the owners quickly responded to all our questions through email and text. We want to thank him for his speedy reply’s.

Never Disappoints

This was our 3rd year staying at Sea Sunrise, during the third week of May. We absolutely love this place! Always exceptionally clean when we arrive. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular from the deck! The high deck chairs allow the perfect view over the deck railing. It is always quiet at night, except for the lull of the ocean waves. The space is roomy and the kitchen has all the amenities! We are so glad the owners share this oasis! We have reserved for next year already!

Clean and well maintained

This was the cleanest rental we've ever had. Most beach houses have issues with mold and mildew that you can smell when you walk in the door. Not this place. They installed a self draining dehumidifier that runs continually. There was a bleach smell in the bathrooms for the first couple of days and no mildew in the shower. The kitchen was better stocked than most with plenty of cookware, Corning ware and decent knives The wrap around deck provides awesome beach views. This unit has been completely renovated with quartz counters, new kitchen appliances, Anderson windows and doors, tile shower in the master bath, and plenty of towelbars. The beds were firm but comfortable. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Awesome place with spectacular views! Can't beat the large covered porch while enjoying a meal or favorite beverage! Perfect location and the beach is super wide. We will be back!

Wonderful!

After many years of staying in rental homes near Corolla, we discovered this little gem last year. We have come to Sea Sunrise for two years now, and anticipate a third next year. The descriptions listed on the web page are accurate and the place is great for both indoor and outdoor activity - without the long drive from the upper beaches. Thanks so much for making this place so warm and inviting.

Amazing Sunrise

Sea Sunrise is the perfect oasis for relaxing in the Outer Banks. This condo is in a great location. The deck offers amazing views of the ocean and the best sunrises you will ever see. The bedrooms are good sized and the dining room and living room offer ample space to spread out. The full-size washer and dryer are a great bonus! Air conditioning throughout is also nice for the really hot days. The condo is always very clean. Access to the beach is only steps away. If you are looking for a place to relax by the ocean, Sea Sunrise is the perfect place.

Perfect, relaxing venue for a vacation

My parents arrived at the condo before we did. I was the one to book it and my mom is the one obsessed with the beach, so when we walked in and I saw the hearts in her eyes I knew we had hit the jack pot! The view did not disappoint! You have one of the best beach locations I have ever seen! The updates to the kitchen and baths were apparent and wonderfully done. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked (including sharp knives, very hard to find in a VRBO home) with the exception of salt and pepper, but we made do. We loved the fact that we could let our toddler run around the entire place without worrying about there being objects that we would have to baby-proof, including the balcony. We never heard any of our neighbors, except when on the balcony. We would return if heading back to the OBX, and we recommend to anyone wanting to be on the beach in a great location!
