Great Cottage - Great Host!

We stayed on the 1st floor of the Seahorse Cottage. The cottage was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for us and our dog. Location is great, beach access is right out the door. The cottage was very clean and comfortable; we had everything we needed. The outside space was very nice as well. Checking in was seamless and the hosts offered great communication. Very pleased with our stay and will definitely be back.

Great Location and Beach

The location was very good and the cottage very clean. We enjoyed our stay but did think the cottage decor is a bit tired and that all the clumsy homemade furniture detracts from the overall impression. That said we would stay there again.

Beach birthday!

Perfect 5 days. 2nd house back from oceanfront. Visited many local sites. Lighthouses, Wright Brothers, Pea Island. Great restaurants. Grilled out. Communication with hosts was so easy. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks, Annette and Greg

First Time in Nags Head

We enjoyed our stay. The location to access attractions and resteraunts is excelent. The ceiling is to be replaced and the bathroom is rather dark. Everything else is satisfactory.

3 Day trip to the OBX

My wife and I vacationed at this property in mid June of 2021. The owners of the property were over the top helpful and responsive. The home was very well kept and it takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach access. The outdoor shower was fantastic for coming off the beach. And is private enough to actually shower outside if you desires a I did as I am 6’3 sometimes it’s easier. It was quite warm during our visit and the AC window unit kept the bottom floor quite cool and the humidifier was a great touch because you could actually feel dry after coming inside from a day on the beach. I cooked 3 meals and breakfasts in there and had everything I needed. The laundry room was great and worked fantastically. You’re minutes (.4 miles) from a beach bar that’s really great atmosphere suggested by the owner of the property I highly suggest renting this location. 10/10 rating!

Quaint beach cottage

Very clean 1-BR cottage with main room containing kitchenette and sitting area. There is enough room to add a second bed to the bedroom. AC didn't reach bedroom as much as living room, but fans in bedroom helped. One fan is broken but fan over the bed was working well. Bathroom is small but not bad for family of 4. Lots of shelf space in bedroom. Not fancy but works well for a casual beach trip. I'd stay there again!

Excellent stay in Nags Head

This was our first time to Nags Head, NC and we had a wonderful time. It is a short walk to the beach, which was so nice as we were able to come and go all day long. The room is a nice size for a 1 bedroom and it felt very clean.
