3 camere da letto 1 1/2 bagni 8 posti letto. Passi dall'oceano senza strada per attraversare. Accesso alla piscina comunitaria con parco giochi per i bambini. Le famiglie sono tornate anno dopo anno per godere di questo cottage. Vista sull'oceano dal ponte esterno. Bellissima casa di famiglia design con schermato in veranda. Completamente arredati, nuovi elettrodomestici, non includono lenzuola o asciugamani. Molto spazio per la tua famiglia.

Il nostro cottage è un luogo tranquillo per voi e per la vostra famiglia a godersi la vita selvaggia della spiaggia e della sua natura. Viste mozzafiato, passeggiate in spiaggia, pesca in spiaggia, grande surf, animali selvatici ... I bambini amano veramente questa casa. Abbiamo una piscina comunitaria e un piccolo parco giochi.

Politiche di cancellazione: Se qualcuno annulla la prenotazione e la casa viene nuovamente affittata, verrà applicata una tassa di $ 100 e ti verrà rimborsata la differenza. Se la casa non viene nuovamente affittata, sarà necessario effettuare un pagamento completo. Grazie.

This is our 3rd year staying here. I love the ease of access to the beach and to shops/food in town. The pool area is great, too. It's nice with 2 little ones to not have to cross the road to get to the beach.

Amazing place to stay, would recommend

We came up during the off-season (Master's Week in Augusta) and had an amazing time. It is far enough from everything that you're not surrounded by tourists, but also you can get to Nag's Head in 5-7 minutes. Everything is clean and it made for a great home away from home for the week. I would absolutely stay there again, especially for the price.

Amazing ocean access, larger than expected!

We loved having our girls trip at this cabin! The full, well-stocked kitchen and smart TV in the living room were huge plusses. Master bed was decent however queen and full beds were very firm; supplied quilts and pillows were nice. Could use a bathmat however understand that with sand and children would be difficult to maintain. Tall chairs on porch were amazing however quite rickety, could use some reinforcement. Wasn’t the most clean it could have been, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryers, a fishing lure with dried up bait we found on the kitchen counter; everything else was fine. Overall great stay, if you’re high maintenance however may not be the place for you.

The rental property was very clean and well-maintained, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The location could not have been better, just steps away from the beach. The owners were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

Finally a vacation!

The enclosed outdoor shower, the beach practically at the doorstep, the pool, the closeness of family - our stay was great! If I could ask for one change it would be a broom so we could keep the house sand free.

A GOOD week at the ocean

Fall OBX Trip

The house was sufficient for our needs and clean! The sound of the water was so relaxing. Beautiful view of the water, moon and sun from the deck. We definitely will stay here again. The location was great and a very very short distance to walk to the water. Be careful on the 3rd step up and 2nd Step down. Those steps is very steep and would recommend to fixing those two steps.

Geri's Place is the BOMB!

Loved, loved the location. We have been going to Geri's for the last 25 years! Have rented almost every cottage, except # 1. Loved the long driveway, sneaky cut thru to the beach, king size bed, well stocked kitchen, tall chairs on deck, color TV, bathroom off the main B room and overall cottage decor(sea creature them). Kind of disappointed in the cleanlyness, though. First of all, there is a portable toilet in the back bedroom(super gross), trash all under the beds(tissues, plastic bottles, condom wrappers), living room rug not vacuumed, sticky food stuff in pull outs in fridge, fly guts all over the kitchen window, blood on pillow. ... with that said, you might want to invest in another cleaning company. Thank you for letting us enjoy south nags head and the infamous, "Geri's Place". Warmly, Rebecca Williamson

All good things come to an end

This was the 3rd year we have stayed at this cottage. While you can’t beat the location- the owner was awful to deal with this year. Due to circumstances out of his control, he offered a 1 night refund. I have inquired about this and have not received a response. Today after inquiring for the 3rd time, I receive an unnecessarily rude message from him. I had to do some cleaning upon check in. The old stairs have been built over top of, which were still pretty loose and unstable. There was a giant pile of old wood and rusty nails at the end of the stairs, just off the walk way. We spent the week picking up rusted nails that were thrown around (thankfully before they found my kids feet).screens were missing from the “screened porch.” We said all week how much it had gone down hill just in the last year. Overall just super disappointing. I’m not one to complain, but when I mentioned the above to the owner he didn’t even have the courtesy to reply. As I said- we have stayed here 3 times now because of the location, but after this year we will not be back. (As per the owners request too ;) )

overall findings

several items need correction. First, a very slow filling toilet (10 minutes) which we reported last year, was still a problem. bathroom sink not properly cleaned of soap scum and gunk. several screens missing from porch. biggest problem was that exterior stairs, repaired since last year, were not built correctly and were loose and unsafe. Much construction material left under the cottage.
