Vacanze semplificate, divertiti a creare ricordi in questo condominio completamente ristrutturato, con vista sull'oceano, due camere da letto e due bagni con i tuoi cari. Sweet Southern Pearl si trova in posizione centrale rispetto a molte attrazioni locali, tra cui il Jennette's Pier recentemente rinnovato, l'NC Aquarium a Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, fuoristrada e pesca all'Oregon Inlet, cene informali e molto altro.

Goditi le magnifiche albe, i delfini che giocano nel surf e la vita dell'oceano mentre bevi il tuo caffè del mattino sul tuo balcone fronte oceano. Proprietà caratteristiche includono: cavo, WiFi, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, barbecue all'aperto, 2 piscine all'aperto (chiuso in bassa stagione) e area giochi per bambini.

Sistemazione per la notte includono: due letti king-size, un letto full-size.

The owner and care takers were good communicators, checking in a couple times a few times. Instructions were clear.The kitchen was very well stocked; we cook often and weren't missing anything.The condo was spacious and the ocean view was extraordinary.

We would highly recommend staying here. The host kept us updated and we had no issues. The view is amazing. Couch is super comfortable and clean. Unit is updated and the cleanest I have ever stayed in!! I never would have guessed based on the age of the complex how great this place would be.

On the heels of a tropical depression we could not have asked for more beautiful weather! We requested an early check in, just in case we got down early. Location was perfect for the restaurants we go to most and areas the husbands like to fish in! Excellent long weekend, thank you!

The location is perfect. We loved the balcony & outdoor furniture. Mike & Lisa were great.We were disappointed with the housekeeping - the dishwasher contained dirty dishes; the coffee maker had leaked or overflowed so the counter under the coffee maker needed to be scrubbed; there were no dishcloths or dishtowels in the kitchen.

Relaxing and convenient location

The condo was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family of four. The rooms gave us plenty of space and privacy. We enjoyed the oceanfront balcony, and beach access was easy. Communication with the host was great! My kids loved the two pools at the property. We would stay here again in the future !

Pier View is our favorite! We have vacationed in OBX for 40 years and have enjoyed every stay but Pier View is the best. The condos are always spotless and well equipped. The property is beautifully maintained. We appreciate the elevator and the grandkids enjoy having two pools! Per View has the best location on the beach and the view is amazing. Absolutely perfect!

Wonderful location

This was a wonderful little condo! Right on the beach with convenient entrance to the beach. We had just about everything we needed for a one week stay. We would definitely pick this place again for a future trip!

Clean, great location

As a former beach condo owner who rented through VRBO, I can be very picky. That said, overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. Clean! The decor is a little tired and dated. Dining table is too large for the space and difffcult to use. Couch and area rug look very tired. Twin bed in second bedroom was two mattresses stacked on top of each other. Great view and location. Towels and bedding were good. Owner Manager was responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen seemed to be well stocked

Perfect beach condo

This is a perfect condo for just 2 ppl or 2 couples. The view of the beach from the balcony is priceless. We had breakfast out there every morning and it never disappointed. Centrally located to plenty of restaurants. Check in was seamless! Would definitely go back here again.

great view and location. Met our needs. A sponge and a dishtowel would have been helpful. Luckily I brought my own. We were comfortable for sure. You need coffee filters and the bathroom sink is starting to clog. This is just for information only for your restock team. We would come back.

Spring Break 2025

The view was amazing, the condo was clean but is very dated and needs an upgrade. New furniture, area rugs and bedspreads would be a real improvement. The condo complex as a whole is dumpy with several old, parked vehicles with flat tires. Overall, the complex is not appealing.

Fantastic getaway

Perfect OBX location!

We love this area of the OBX, and this condo was perfect! Oceanfront, waves, dolphins, sunrises, location ... everything. This unit is very well presented and the kitchen has everything you could want for a great stay. The location is perfect for the grocery store, local restaurants, and more. And I loved how the owner sent us a list of good local eateries shortly after we arrived. We loved this condo and will be back later this year!

There was mold on the shower curtain in the main bathroom, The toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall in the main bathroom. The dishwasher bottom rack with slam down every time you try to pull it out. The front door would not stay closed if it was not locked. Communication was very good with the owner no issues there

This was fun

The condo is very easy to locate, we have stayed nearby before and are familiar with the area. There are a multitude of very good restaurants close by. Manteo is a quick trip one direction and you have Food Lion less than 3 miles the other direction. We enjoyed the off season walks on the beach with very few people.
