This Landings at Sugar Creek condo located in Nags Head has everything you need to make your Outer Banks vacation that much more special. Totally Sound is an upscale 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath soundfront condo that has it all. Totally Sound has the latest modern luxuries, sound and ocean views, and a soundfront community pool! With 180-degree views of both the Roanoke Sound and the Atlantic Ocean from the private terrace, you'll be able to enjoy sunsets over the sound and watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning. At The Landings at Sugar Creek, you'll be within walking distance to local dining at Sugar Creek and shopping at the outlet mall! Mini golf, go-karts, and more are just a short drive away as well.

The fully-furnished kitchen inside Totally Sound includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. It's an ideal setting for entertaining or enjoying an intimate soundfront dinner. The kitchen area also features a table with seating for 4 as well as a large bar with extra seating and a wine bar for cocktail hour! The living room boasts a flat screen HDTV, and comfortable furnishings. Each bedrooms features plenty of storage for all of your possessions and the perfect place to relax after a long fun-filled OBX day. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom has its own access to the soundfront deck while the master bath is beautifully tiled with a glass shower enclosures. If you would like to fit in a round of golf, this home is a member of the K Club Program - offering special golf rates, privileges, and access to Kilmarlic Golf Club. (Guests are encouraged to reserve tee times well in advance of their arrival.)

Nice Condo!

Nice Condo, good location! This condo fit our needs pretty well, well maintained and clean. Pool area was nice and great to have when the beach was not an option. Owner was attentive and friendly!

Great property and location

The condo was great, everything was updated and very comfortable, Having 3 bedrooms and 2 full with another 1/2 bath was perfect. The grounds were nice and clean, shopping was super close and there is a lot to do in Nags Head. We had a blast, great restaurants, beaches, plenty of things to do. Highly recommend this location.

The place was perfect! Easy access to everything. Comfy beds, very clean and secure. My only comment is you need a potato peeler! Would definitely book again! Thank you.

Great place to stay

This condo was wonderful. It was very clean, and in a lovely complex. We loved the pool, and it is right on the sound, so it has a beautiful view. Full sized washer and dryer worked great. It is close to the pier, and different beach accesses. I would love to stay in this unit in the future.

Amazing location

Everything was clean when we got there. The locations is perfect it’s far enough from the hustle but close enough to enjoy everything. The management company was on top of everything and the owners were very nice and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer definitely next time. Thanks and keep up the good work.
