How to check in without staff

1 The hotel will send you an email with instructions before your stay
2 If you have not yet made a payment please complete the payment using the URL in the email and then register your customer information If you have already completed the payment on the reservation site please continue by registering your customer information
3 On the day of checkin please enter the reservation information on the checkin terminal Tabiq at the front desk
4 After entering the necessary information when the video call with the call center is completed the last screen will display the PIN code for entry so please take a photo of it
5 There is a terminal on the door of your room to enter the code so please enter the PIN code you obtained earlier and enter your room
