House was decent size. Had a game room that the kids enjoyed but bring lots of quarters! Also has candy vending machine. Most of the rooms were clean. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and quiet. Perfect spot to walk to the beach. The only reason for 4 stars was because the room was big and only had a small wall heater and only one extra blanket for two beds. The room was chilly and required extra layers to stay warm.
