“The buggy system was cumbersome and inconsistent. Don’t think it was a personnel issues but just the system. Could be 2-20 mins different so was hard to plan when they would come. North was very good to us the entire trip! Bill was excellent with customer service the entire time. Khim was excellent at the pool and the tour to the islands.”

“One of the best hotels I have ever been! I didn’t have high expectations maybe because pictures cannot really show how beautiful and peaceful this place is. The food was very good, we chose to have dinner here every night as everything was tasty and fresh. I would absolutely reccomend! ”

“Colazione ottima, punto mare un po’ deludente infatti erano sempre liberi i lettini ma non è un problema di struttura ma è proprio la zona così Personale gentile e educato pronto a risolvere ogni esigenza del cliente. “We were welcomed by Mr. Touch at our arrival who was wonderful! He made sure to give us the room at 11 am, giving us almost a full day at the resort even though check-in is starting from 3 pm. Unfortunately the plunge pool room (on the ground floor) was very humid and we asked to change room after 2 nights, as the hotel was fully booked, we had to be downgraded to a terrace suite but were given 2 complimentary massages. The staff was great as were the rooms, pool, bar, restaurant. Only downside...

“L'hotel ci è piaciuto molto, è il posto ideale dove rilassarsi e non pensare a nulla, lasciarsi coccolare nella SPA oppure prendere il sole nella spiaggia privata o a bordo piscina. Sicuramente un posto per gli amanti della tranquillità, della riservatezza (spiaggia privata in cui ci sono in tutto forse 6 ombrelloni e 12 lettini), l'albergo consiste in diverse ville, di cui alcune con piscina privata, ed un palazzo con circa 30 camere, quindi è relativamente piccolo.
