Bella struttura in posizione comoda, stanza un po’ piccola.

beautiful hotel but they have to improve some… I have stayed in this beautiful design hotel in the center of Warsaw twice. Unfortunately I cannot confirm the enthusiasm of the first time because the service has worsened, as well as customer service. In addition, they should not allow small and noisy children to enter the spa, they do not allow you to relax as it should be in a spa area. Worse than the children are the parents who dived and did not take care of not being alone. I also complained about this but they replied that for them it was normal like this. Too bad

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, l'appartamento era nuovo e in ottime condizioni in un condominio silenzioso con tv wifi supermercato, bar (consigliato) e alcuni ristoranti praticamente sotto casa. Il personale è stato dei migliori, la struttura ha pagato il trasferimento dalla reception all'appartamento e la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto paziente e disponibile. Unica pecca la distanza dell'appartamento dal centro, che non è specificata. La fermata della metro più vicina dista una decina di minuti a piedi e nelle ore serali la strada per raggiungere l'appartamento è poco frequentata. Per il resto tutto è stato perfetto e consiglio di soggiornare nella struttura!
