Very nice room . New hotel. However, Some constructive criticism. Room AC turns off when the room key is removed. This results in excessive heat which takes about an hour to return to normal range. It's not a 4 stars hotel
Nobody spoke English!!! It isn't normal in a 4 stars hotel!!! There were people smoking in the hall and the staff didn't help me doing a bus booking, so there wasn't any tourist desk! The pool is in the car parking (in fact nobody used it!). Very poor breakfast for a 4 stars hotel
