However in our room we had no power nearly our entire stay - we did have AC & fan power which was good….but we were unable to charge our devices in our room & also no power in the bathroom which are all outdoors so we had to have showers and toilet trips in the dark.. we talked to the staff multiple times about the issue and it was fixed once and stayed on for about 3 hours and then never again. we...

“We stayed 4 days. First of all I would like to clarify that Crow's Nest is more hotel than resort. The room was big and good but we encountered some problems. There was a big bee's nest just outside of our room and we found some of these bees inside of our room. We asked the people at reception to remove this nest but they never did. “We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor.
