“The customer service is top notch. Great staff. The Bare's are quite nice and the dorm could use a little love with the screens / lockers, but overall the Bula Bula vibe is real and the location is amazing- right on the beach - not far to Aquatrek- where I highly recommend the shark diving!”

“I booked this place because it was right next to the dive shop I was diving with. The place looks great from photos, unfortunately the rooms are very run down with paint coming off the ceiling in the bathroom and water stains on the floor and even baked on grime on the bathroom mirror. The staff were helpful but the restaurant was lacking alot of food from the menu and even coke was not available at the bar. “We stayed 4 days. First of all I would like to clarify that Crow's Nest is more hotel than resort. The room was big and good but we encountered some problems. There was a big bee's nest just outside of our room and we found some of these bees inside of our room. We asked the people at reception to remove this nest but they never did.
