Cottage a Namdo

“Allt kändes nytt och fräscht och man sov gott, lite planering för toalett och dusch besök. Lagom bra frukost men blev lite trångt då det det regnade och man inte kunde sitta ute. Bokar gärna igen.”

“Unique location on the Baltic sea. Cozy rooms with very nice Spa. Breakfast was amazing with pancakes and whipped cream too! Receprionists are amazing and really endeavour to assist with every request. I was granted an earlier check in. Dinner was ok, but slightly overpriced. The location is unique. A true must if you love nature and the sea. Such a pity there was no kettle and teabags in the room. Likely tea and fruit are available in the Spa. ”

“The hotel was OK it's in a great location and the staff were very nice. The breakfast room had a fantastic view over the harbour. However, the family rooms are stuck up on the 3rd floor without lift access & under the eves of the building. The space for a family of 4 with luggage was totally inadequate and the headroom meant that for people of average height either you regularly banged your head or spent your time bent over in half. Finally, our room was next to the air vent so was noisy &...

“There are multiple rooms and properties on the island run by the same team. Probably it’s a bit of pot luck which one you get. We stayed in a lovely house above the tennis court with a super view over the bay. Elk and deer wandered near the house. Breakfast is plentiful and super. Dinner was high quality, but we decided to avail ourselves of the smoked fish and sushi options near the harbour.”

“The spa facilities are top-notch and truly the highlight of this property. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the food. We had dinner at the main restaurant, Minamo, and it was one of the worst meals I've had in recent memory. The restaurant felt more like a large banquet hall than a fine dining venue, and it was clearly understaffed. After that experience, we canceled our sushi dinner reservation and chose to eat elsewhere. In my opinion, this is an excellent destination for a day...
