La struttura non ha accettato di correggere il proprio errore e mi ha causato un danno economico, visto il cattivo cambio adottato dal gestore della carta.”

“Man hat Privatsphäre und kann sich dennoch jederzeit an die Gastgeber wenden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück war sehr gut.”

“I spent my last night in Namibia at El Otango Ranch because I was catching a very early flight in the morning. The modest amount that I paid included afternoon tea (with cake!) and a tasty dinner and breakfast (which I missed because of my early flight). The place was peaceful and pretty and the service exemplary.”
