This rental has enough room for the family to spread out with 2700 sq/feet of comfortable living space.

Living Room: Relax on the comfortable couch furnished with a beautiful smart 4K 55" TV equipped with built-in Roku so you can ensure that you are caught on all of your favorite movies and TV shows.

Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, a coffee station (coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar), a full spice rack, knives, dishwasher, and all the appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation. Please note there is no access to the kitchen pantry. However, there are empty cabinets to store food!

Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your convenience.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom w/ ensuite has an inviting, relaxing Californa King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large 4K Roku TV for all your streaming needs. In the closet, you will find an air mattress as well as a travel crib!
Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with a 32' smart TV.
Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom has a double-sized bunk bed to make sure everyone has a place to sleep with 32' smart TV and dresser.
Bedroom 4: The fourth guest bedroom is a comfortable queen-sized bed with a 32' smart TV. The room is equipped with a "My Side" mattress which has a soft and firm side so that everyone can sleep comfortably!

Loft: Upstairs, there is a huge playroom/loft room that has a generous ping pong table, a Foose ball table, along with a desk and chair. Bring your own pong balls as they tend to go missing often.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom has a full shower and tub. They are fully stocked with salon-grade shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Dark make-up washcloths are present for your convenience. There is an additional powder room located next to the garage.

WiFi: Very fast High-Speed WiFi available throughout.

Backyard: Relax under the sun, or watch the kids run around the fenced large, open backyard. There is also a large common area in from of the house that anyone is welcome to use!

Parking: There is plenty of parking available. Two cars may fit in the garage and there is also street parking available in front of the house.
