Our stay at this property was sub par. Not suited for family with kids. The view was very nice to have; however, the overall stay was a minimum. The communication from the start leading to our arrival has been very punctual and responsive from the host, after our first night, the communication did not exist. There is no direct heat control for the suite we stayed at and I had to contact the Host which in then contacted the owner living above to adjust the temperature. That was very inconvenient, since we couldn't control the temperature, so it stayed pretty warm throughout our stay. We ran out of toilet paper on the 3rd day, messaged the host and in then contacted the owner above to bring some toiletries to us, that was a definite inconvenience since we had little ones and had to use the bathroom with no toilet paper. I've messaged the host and they were unresponsive; finally had to call the number to talk to someone to get help with that.Since, there was quiet time set for the stay, we respectfully obliged; however, the owner were not so considerate for us, there were footsteps walking back and forth in the late hours during our stay which made it hard for our little ones to stay asleep.
