“Staff at the gate didn’t help with our luggage when we arrived and it was a little disappointing. However, all the other staff we encountered are generally very friendly and courteous. The hotel has lovely view over TengWang pagoda and lovely views of the city in the evening. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the pagoda. Restaurant is a little over priced.”

“Ingen i hotellet pratade engelska. Jag rapporterade att duschen var trasigt och då kommer en trött städare och gör inget. Lämnade in min kostym till hotellet för express kemtvätt som ska ta 4 timmar och det kostar 50% mer, direkt när jag kom till hotellet och informerade att jag har möte som börjar kl 11.00, kläderna var inte klara och hotellet sa att "sorry". rekommenderar inte den hotellet till någon och går aldrigt tillbaka.”
