Brand New Construction in the heart of Lake Cumberland! 1.3 miles to Lee's Ford Marina, 1.9 to Haney's Apple Farm, 2.4 to Pulaski County Park boat ramp/hiking and biking trails, 5 miles to Fishing Creek Boat Ramp and trails, and 6 miles to Somerset. The Cumberland Cottage is decorated with all the comforts of home. Fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and plenty of closet space. Watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the front porch, enjoy the back patio for grilling, and a huge yard to play in. Your home away from home is ready and waiting for you!

Very nice home

We booked this property to enjoy Thanksgiving with family. The house is very new, overall pretty clean, and everything worked as it should. The price was great, and I’d love to return at another time—maybe when the fishing is good on Cumberland. Thanks for everything Joel!
