"I left my toiletry bag in my room full of all of my toiletries. I called the front desk and explained to them. She said she would check into it and call me right back. I never heard from her. I called again and was told she would check into it and call me. I never heard from her either."

"Woke up at 4am to a bed bug infestation requested a refund staff said she was unable due to the manager not being there and she can’t call the manager that early and it being her day off she is unable to contact her me and my family didn’t have a good night slleeep why should"
