“I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They provided so much helpful information on local places to visit for after our hike. The communal glamping bathroom was the...

“The whole stay was splendid. Paul is a wonderful host, a phenomenal cook, and a kind person. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the shower was a huge bonus to me. I love a piping hot shower, and detachable faucet so that I don’t have to get my hair wet or humid. Hardly any place has that! Our room did! The house has an interesting history, and I love the fragrance as you walk in. Like years of good breakfasts with bacon and coffee, nice furniture polish and books. It will be our go-to place...

“Awesome secluded place to stay. Very cozy and clean. I am very glad we brought our “camping bin” however that has a lot of supplies, like utensils, paper plates, pan, spatula etc. We cooked all our meals on the grill. The kitchenette is nice but very small. The only sink is in the bathroom. Great access to the Tail of the Dragon (25 min drive) which was the reason for our trip. If you bring a trailer DO NOT try and take it to your cabin. Park outside the gate”
