Charming T2 in a good location with parking

Discover and enjoy Nantes by staying in my apartment, very bright, recently refurbished and decorated by me. <br>You will be seduced by the calm of this area, close to the train station and shops, well served and with private parking. (a real plus)<br><br>Bed linen and shower towels are provided, as well as shower/shampoo product. For your comfort, coffee and tea pods will be offered for the first night. <br>Non-smoking apartment and pets not allowed.<br><br>The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. <br>There is a bedroom with a large wardrobe and a double bed with ergonomic pillows (if needed standard pillows are available in the wardrobe). There is also a travel cot. <br><br>In the living room there is a large sofa bed for two people plus a third place for a child between 3 and 6 years old. Possibility to add sheets for the small children's bed (an extra charge is required).<br>The bedding is new and of very good quality.<br><br>NB:<br>If you are 2 and you want to sleep separately and have a sofa bed, you must make the reservation for 3 travelers.<br><br>Linen (sheets, towels) is provided.<br>The kitchen is new, well appointed and equipped: there is a washer/dryer, gas kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all utensils for cooking. <br>Condiments are self-service.<br><br>There is a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.<br><br>In the living room there is a large dining table for 4 people with 4 chairs and a high chair for children. You will find books, a fan and nice photos of Nantes hanging on the wall. There are also books and children's toys. <br>There is wifi (fiber) and a large TV with many channels.
