L'Escapade - Amazing & Cosy in the city center

Situated in a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants, in Nantes city center, less than 5 mn walk to place Royale and Tour Bretagne, you will definitely enjoy the beautiful light, the calm and the comfort of this lovely decorated 46m² apartment with such a great atmosphere.

It is on the top floor, 5th floor/5 with an elevator (elevator to the 4th floor + stairs to the 5th floor).

Once inside, you will discover a beautiful bright living room with mansard windows, a 140x190 sofa bed, an HD TV and a lovely bric a brac wooden desk.
In a separate room, you will enjoy a nice fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a breathtaking view over the city and the beautiful Saint Pierre et Saint Paul cathedral, one of Nantes' famous symbol.

As for the bedroom, it is equipped with a cosy 140x190 bed, mansard windows as well, and an amazing relaxation and playful space such with its suspended net with its cosy cushions. The colourful beautiful bathroom, situated next to the kitchen, comes with a bathtub, a washbasin with a mirror and a washing machine.

It is clearly a cosy artistic & modern apartment with everything you need to chill and and discover the city, with a typical French atmosphere. Ideal for a business trip, or a romantic weekend, or a weekend with friends.

ATTENTION : the stairs and the mezzanine in the bedroom are not secured with a railing. If you travel with children, you must watch them at all times.

Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a safe keybox. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
