On arrival, the bell boy was most helpful with unloading our bags. However, the reception lady was clueless. It’s quite far from downtown Shanghai about 45 minutes to an hour by train, but the metro station is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Metro Line 2 connects you to many of the main attractions and interesting places to visit in Shanghai. The breakfast offers plenty of choices, but unfortunately, the food was rather bland and lacked flavour.
