Casa luminosa e spaziosa con pavimenti in parquet, aria centrale, grande cucina abitabile e quattro livelli di spazio abitativo. L'ampio soggiorno ha un sacco di finestre, un camino a gas, a schermo piatto da cinquanta pollici, sistema audio Sonos, grande, comodo divano e sedie e tavolo da gioco. Scorre nell'invitante sala da pranzo con un tavolo per dodici persone. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di un centro dell'isola e un sacco di armadi. Il primo piano è un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e uscire con la famiglia e gli amici.
Il master al secondo piano ha un letto king-size, TV a schermo piatto, cabina armadio e ampio bagno interno. Ci sono due camere da letto, bagno, zona lavanderia e di atterraggio con un angolo ufficio. Tanto spazio armadio e cassapanche in ogni camera rendono facile per decomprimere e spostarsi a destra in.
Il terzo piano è una stanza aperta con due letti singoli, un divano e un sacco di spazio - perfetto per i bambini a giocare o per letto extra.
Il livello inferiore, con ingresso separato, ha due camere da letto: una camera da letto matrimoniale (completa dell'estate 2019 recentemente arredata) con TV a schermo piatto e seconda camera con due letti singoli. C'è un bagno completo con doccia nella hall e nella zona del mudroom. Funziona alla grande per adolescenti e bambini che possono andare e venire per conto proprio per la doccia, patio, giardino o alla fermata del bus esterno.

Perfect weekend getaway

I rented this house for my sister’s 30th birthday and 6 of her friends. It was the perfect type of house with six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The kitchen was great for cooking and the dining table was perfect for group meals. The living room was just the right size for game night and hanging out. The house was in between town and the airport which made it easy to when coordinating multiple flights. Would recommend staying here again!

Great House

We had an amazing time while staying here. The house had everything you could need - from beach towels and chairs, to fully stocked kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Having the pool and pickle ball courts so close to house was a huge plus!!!

Great Nantucket House

This is a great house in a great central location on the island. The house has 5 bedrooms and a loft. It was perfect for our group. The kitchen is well appointed and there was plenty of room for our group - a combination of friends and family. Close to the airport, the grocery store and beaches. Great neighborhood And pet friendly. Everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this house and will rent here again if we are back on the island.

Perfect Nantucket Stay!

There is no "real estate trickery" to the photos. The house is just as lovely as it looks. There were only three of us so we only occupied the 2nd floor rooms, but the house would have been able to comfortably accommodate a large group. That we could bring our 53 pound pup along was a huge bonus. We were a 5 minute walk to the playground, 15 to rent bikesd, and all bike paths were easily accessible from the one directly adjacent to the neighborhood. That there was a pool in the complex was a huge plus. I couldn't recommend this house or the hosts more highly!!

Great house!

This is a perfect location and a warm, wonderful home. It’s fully stocked and very comfortable. There is a swimming pool, pickle ball court, and tennis court (for guests to use) just down the street. It was all perfect!

Wonderful house and host

Beautiful spacious house with all the amenities one would want (kitchenware, beach chairs, beach towels, tent, etc). Bedrooms and bathrooms are great and the open concept great room kitchen area with enormous dining table is fantastic for families. We would absolutely return to this house and thank Dick for the hospitality.

An amazing getaway close to many amenities!

This home was perfect for a multi-family long weekend adventure on Nantucket. We had plenty of space and everything we needed to have a great time (coolers, chairs, beach towels). Having the pool nearby was so great for the kids. We all brought our bikes and made our way around the island very easily - even with younger kids in tow. Easily visited Surfside Beach, the local shops and markets and one of the best playgrounds we've ever seen! Highly recommend this area and this property. Many thanks to the hosts as well for the accommodations.

Great rental!

This was a great house and was very accommodating for a large group. The house is very modern, clean, and spacious. Jeri was easy to deal with and let us check-in early, which was very convenient given we got to the island early. Overall, I have nothing bad to say - the place was great! I would highly recommend this house, and I hope we get the chance to go back!!

Jeri was very responsive to anything that popped up. Naushop is a good location. Close to the bike path. Close to Nobadeer Beach (where you can drive 4x4's - fun). Nobadeer has good surf, great sand, nice crowd. $17-$25 uber ride from downtown (about 2.2 miles). Worked well for our group.

Very pleased overall. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jeri’s house. House is in great condition, very well maintained throughout. In particular, quality towels, bedding, mattresses. Sonos sound system. Board games. We would be gad to come back!

A Fantastic Option for Groups Both Small and Larger on ACK

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It offers a variety of sleeping spaces (queens, kings, twins) which provides much optionality if you're traveling with a larger group and grants groups within the group privacy. Living spaces are large, comfortable, and accommodating, and we especially enjoyed grilling out back. The location is quite centrally located on the island - an easy car/Uber trip from the wharf, Cisco, Stop & Shop, and the airport (in fact, members of our group happily embarked on their first ever walk to the airport - a unique experience for some city dwellers). If you're concerned about being removed from some of those more bustling areas, don't be - this location offers the appeal of a more residential neighborhood without removing you excessively from the action in any direction. Jeri was a pleasure to speak with leading up to the trip. I highly recommend staying here and could see it being a great option befitting families, friends, and groups of many varieties.

We enjoyed Thanksgiving 2018 with family in Nantucket. Dick and Jeri's house is large and perfect for a group of up to 10-12. Everything worked perfectly except for the fireplace. Dick responded and told us that they were having problems with it....happens. Easy to get in and out of...house had everything we needed. Thanks for a great holiday Dick and Jeri.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We have stayed in Nantucket several times and stayed in hotels every time. This time we were being joined by another family and decided a home rental would work best. When I saw this posting it looked perfect. When we arrived, the house was exactly as in the pictures. It was clean, well organized, and well stocked. There were beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, sun bonnets, coolers-the works. They also had the passes to the community pool and tennis courts. There were 1 or 2 rainy days so we read books, played board games and barbecued. The location provided easy access to great paths for running and biking which we did almost every day. It was also a convenient distance to beaches and town by bike or car. All around great stay. Thank you for sharing your home. We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home, conveniently located

The Massimilian home is sun-filled and beautifully decorated. The space is larger than it appears in photos and flows nicely for a family vacation. The home was exceptionally equipped for a vacation as there were 10 beach towels in addition to plenty of bath towels. Ten beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards were provided with the house and helped a lot as we had to send our car back to Hyannis two days before our vacation ended. We never got off the Saturday car ferry waitlist to go home, but we could still enjoy the beach with beach chairs and towels the house provided. We were able to walk on the ferry to Hyannis as passengers on Saturday. The pantry had coolers which came in handy to bring drinks and sandwiches to the beach. The house was also kindly stocked with condiments such as flour, sugar, coffee and filters, ketchup, mustard, oil, etc...to get vacationers started. The bus to town comes right behind the house, so that was a perk and came in handy once our car was gone. The house has four floors and our teenagers slept on the top and bottom floors which were very quiet. Bikes were delivered and picked up by Island Bike Rentals. Naushop is a quaint, conveniently located neighborhood for trips to town, Sconset, and our favorite beach - Nobadeer. Jeri was a responsive, wonderful host and you can tell her family takes pride in their lovely Nantucket home.
