Hotel all inclusive a Nantucket

No one came to clean the room on our first day there, even though the cleaning staff was in the next room when we left for the day. I finally had to text them late in the afternoon to have someone clean the room. We couldn't find the hotel shuttle when we came in on the ferry, as they assured me they would be a van waiting. We took stars away because the self service coffee station was not maintained very well. There were shortages of items and at time it wasn’t always clean. Breakfast was not put until 8am which is late if you want to get an early start. Brewed coffee wasn’t available until 8 am either. Earlier than that time, there were only k-cups. The deck is only staffed until 8 pm...
