This gorgeously constructed cottage includes shiplap walls and ceilings of the highest quality construction throughout. Professionally decorated by Erin Deombeleg of Charlotte Hill Interiors. Central heat and air, Halogen pendent lighting, and gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Sonos music system, expanded cable TV and WiFi. Bedding with Stearns & Foster Thornham Plush Pillow Top Mattress. Beautiful bathroom with marble vanity, marble floors and over sized shower. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries and dish washer and laundry detergent included. A little treasure

The house is beautiful, inside and out, views of the harbor are stunning... just off the beaten path but certainly walking distance to town. Had an issue with the freezer alarm and prompt attention provided. Never have been to Nantucket and we had a great time... look forward to returning!!

Perfect location & beautiful home

My family absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our needs and the location was fantastic! We walked to town every day and enjoyed the water views from the home . Everything was clean and comfortable. The home had all the things we needed for our stay and very thought out for guests. We appreciated the parking spot for our car and the backyard was a great little space as well. Theresa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back next year!

Perfect in every way!

Perfect location for our girls trip. Easy walk to town and bike paths, views of the harbor. The place was decorated so cute and beachy and was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The spa music and chocolate treats that welcomed us were an extra nice touch. Theresa was great and easy to work with
