NUOVA COSTRUZIONE - Splendida casa in città con vasca idromassaggio in pietra / vasca immersione ad acqua fredda

"Touch of Grey", costruito nel 2018, vanta 6 suite per gli ospiti e una camera a castello personalizzata. Ci sono 12 letti singoli in totale (8 King, 4 Twin) che possono ospitare comodamente 20 persone. Ogni suite è dotata di un bagno interno completo. Ci sono 2 bagni e mezzo aggiuntivi, uno al primo piano e uno al piano seminterrato.

La casa è stata progettata pensando a famiglie numerose, famiglie multigenerazionali e gruppi plurifamiliari. È il luogo di ritrovo perfetto per un matrimonio o una festa di anniversario e la casa è fornita di tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno da teli da spiaggia extra, sedie da spiaggia, tende da spiaggia e ombrelloni, refrigeratori, biciclette ecc ecc. Ci sono 3 parcheggi fuori strada disponibili, una merce rara in città.

Ci sono 9 'soffitti nel piano principale e nel seminterrato, soffitti della cattedrale in tutto il secondo piano. Questo concetto di vita aperta passa senza soluzione di continuità alla zona giorno all'aperto, che include un ponte IPE 24'x24 'con un pergolato in testa. Vi è un ampio spazio da pranzo all'aperto sotto il pergolato con posti a sedere all'aperto per un massimo di 10 persone. Il soggiorno all'aperto presenta un divano componibile attorno a un focolare in cemento. Ulteriori posti a sedere / lettini sono disponibili sul divano letto.

Gli ospiti scendono dal ponte su un ampio patio in pietra blu con 3 sedie a sdraio per prendere il sole. La spa con gunnite elevata ha molto spazio per 12 ospiti in una 9ft x14ft di grandi dimensioni. A seconda del periodo dell'anno, il calore della spa può essere regolato alla temperatura perfetta per un tuffo rinfrescante in un caldo pomeriggio estivo o un caldo bagno in una primavera primaverile o autunnale. La cucina esterna e la doccia esterna completano questa oasi all'aperto.

Amazing Nantucket Property for a large group

The property was absolutely perfect! Located in walking distance to town, extremely clean and comfortable and luxurious. It is perfect for any larger group. Rich was a great host - he was super responsive and accomodating to us.

Excellent location and property

Host was very easy to work with! The location, near town, is very advantageous. We had several cars in our group and parking for them all would not have worked at most other places. Rooms are well laid out and everything worked very well. Shared spaces were perfect for gatherings. We were in Nantucket for a wedding, and our group included the bride and groom. All of us were comfortable and enjoyed the space.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

The location is within walking distance of groceries, restaurants such as Island Kitchen and The Sea Grille, and downtown shopping, ferry access and more restaurant options. The home is clean, spacious and well amenitized for working adults and playful children. Communication with the manager is exceptional.

We had three families staying with three kids aging 2-7 and one infant and it was the perfect amount of space! It was walking distance to all the shops and local restaurants. It was so clean! The owner was very helpful and responsive and friendly.

This home is stunning, you can tell the thought and care that went into this home. The host Rich is fantastic - so communicative, helpful and kind. The location is awesome, walking distance to towns and beaches, and tons of bikes at the property for anything further away! Grocery store is only a minute away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great ACK stay!

Stayed with a handful of couples and solo friends for a wedding weekend - everything was great and exactly what we needed! Great space and very clean - enough room in the house to hang / cook - great hot tub, etc. Very attentive process from the owner as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

This house was perfect for a girls weekend in the Nantucket slow season. Our host, Rich, was incredibly responsive & made sure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. From helping ensure we made it on a ferry in inclement weather, to being flexible with check-in/check-out times - he made everything a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing ACK Stroll Stay

The property was amazing and exactly as described while being in a super convenient, walkable distance to all of the downtown shopping and restaurants. Our group of adults were all blown away by the property and we all had enough space that at no time did we feel cramped at all. Will definitely be looking at this property for future stays Rich was an incredible host and was easily accessible with any questions about the house in general. Check in and check out was a breeze!

A Slice of Heaven

A beautiful home to stay in during a wedding weekend in October. The hot tub / plunge pool was open, the bedrooms were spacious and the beach accessories were available for use. The beautiful kitchen and grill is perfect for cooking and hosting; the only caveat is make sure to pack your own supplies. We couldn't find much of salt / pepper / coffee filters / etc. Stop and Shop is walking distance and the center of town is an easy stroll in the other direction.

A Perfect Weekend!

I booked this house about a year in advance for a weekend with about 18 of my best girlfriends. I can not say enough good things about Rich and this property. Honestly, the pictures do not do this house justice. The natural light coming through the main floor is just idllyic. Rich was the best VRBO host I have ever worked with - offered help with any planning and checking in with me on a daily basis, being more than accomodating to any questions or requests our group had. Very responsive to texts, and would come by to assist with any house appliance questions we had. The house on its own is tucked away in a perfect part of town where we were able to walk downtown and to the Chicken Box at night! The comfort level of the beds and the sheets was highest quality - everyone kept saying it was the best sleeps they've had in a while (many are moms so this was heaven to them!). Each bedroom qas equipped with its own bathroom which was also ideal. The kitchen was so spacious and had everything we needed. The group is already talking about our return next year. Rich is the best!!!

Christmas Stroll 2022

My husband and I hosted 8 friends / 4 couples for Christmas Stroll! Rich’s lovely home was perfect for our group. The home is warm, welcoming snd spotless. The cleaning team does a great job. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 to hang out as a group, enjoy meals together , do yoga, play games and watch movies. And we really enjoyed the fire pit outside and the fireplace inside . The beds were comfortable with quality linens and all bathrooms had nice bath towels. Rich was a great host. Easy to work with and always quick to respond to any questions!

Lovely Experience

Rich, the owner, made this trip more wonderful than his gorgeous house. He was went above and beyond to be sure our family experienced the island and its history as we hoped. The house was a beautiful, clean and incredibly spacious. The convenient location to downtown is great for short walks and also just enough outside to escape the traffic. Loved this house so much I want to give it a poor review so it's available the next time we go down ;)...

Perfect weekend on Nantucket!

This house was an absolute dream. We had 14 people in our group and it easily could have slept four more. The photos truly do not do this house justice as everything was even better than we expected - and an easy walk to town! The bedrooms were all large and sunny, each with its own en suite bath, fresh linens on the beds and in the bathrooms, with enough closet and dresser storage to stay for months! The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could need. We had a chef come cater a meal for us (lobsters, grilled chicken, corn salad, etc.) for which she raved about how lovely the kitchen was to spend the afternoon cooking in! The living room with the fireplace was so cozy and the downstairs living room added even more space for a rainy day indoors. The outdoor space was our absolute favorite. Plush outdoor furniture and the hot tub, which was the nicest one I've ever seen, really more of a swimming pool in size and heated to the perfect temperature. The house was completely stocked and we kept finding delightful surprises like beach chairs and bikes available for our use, two washer/driers, and all the basic essentials from paper towels to all the barware you could imagine, condiments, and cooking spices. Rich was also a delight to work. When we told him the dining table couldn't seat our full group, he promptly ordered a table extension and chairs so we could all sit together. He was responsive and gave us recommendations for ordering a case of wine and groceries. We would absolutely stay here again! Our visit in April for Daffodil Weekend was more than perfect -- I can only imagine how amazing the house would be in the summer months! Thank you, Rich for everything!

As an experienced Airbnb host of 7 years hosting and visiting other hosts throughout the world, I can reliably say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. The House was beautiful, the finishes were all gorgeous, and our group could not have been happier. There is ample outdoor space to enjoy a bbq or the spa area and indoor living area is expansive with a basement that is nicer than most homes I have stayed in. Rich provided 5 star service from the beginning, during our stay and even after we left. I would encourage any large group to book here hands down.

Flawless!

Touch of Grey is the perfect Nantucket retreat. We decided on this impeccably designed home as it was completing construction. It’s owner was incredibly helpful and involved in answering questions and providing guidance in planning a week for family and friends. The house itself is exceptionally well furnished and surprisingly spacious. For part of the week we had 15 guests at the house and it still felt well under capacity. The kitchen is perfect for large groups and even allowed Michael Lascola from The Proprietors to cook a memorable world class dinner for all 15 guests. The well appointed and comfortable bedrooms ensured everyone slept well. The patio was the focal point for outdoor gatherings around the fire pit and the large spa pool (which our Arizona kids appreciated for its warm water as much as the adults at night). The location is perfect...a short walking distance to the center of town, yet surprisingly quiet and serene. It allowed everyone to accomplish their goals, from bike rides to the beaches or Cisco brewery, or just a leisurely walk to town for coffee. The most exceptional aspect of this property however is it’s owner. I’ve rented properties from Mustique to Lake Como and I’ve never received such attentive service and dedication to ensuring one’s complete satisfaction. We will definitely be returning.
