“Friendly, accommodating service. New clean spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and professionally presented. They only have four rooms so prompt service is no issue. The view and pool add to the unique ambience of this hotel.”

“The location of this resort is stunning, just beautiful. The service is superb. The food is amazing. And the cottage itself was tastefully recreated. We enjoyed walking the tea trails - just expect to make an effort on the plantation hills. We also relaxed and enjoyed the hotel every afternoon. They will do anything to make your stay as perfect as possible. It was an ideal stay for us. ”

“La struttura e' bellissima essendo una vecchia fabbrica di the convertita in hotel. Il personale si presenta bene, in divisa locale. Tuttavia avrei da fare alcuni appunti. Non e' un 5 stelle secondo gli standard cui sono abituati gli europei. L'hotel si presenta come ecosostenibile, ma c'era una gran dispersione di calore, visti gli spifferi di aria che c'erano in camera. La qualita' della colazione e' molto discutibile. “This is a lovely venue and a beautiful town. We had two nights here. The first was in a large family room in the basement, which was a little bit musty. But it was spacious and I appreciated that. The next night we moved upstairs to two large rooms with en suite. They were much more comfortable and lovely views. The breakfast was very nice and generous. The staff were very helpful.”

“The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. We stayed for three days. The host arranged a driver to and from Colombo at a good rate. On the return day he also arranged a tour to local waterfalls before returning to Colombo. Excellent breakfasts and home cooked dinners”

“+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces.
